It’s time to get your Mickey Mouse ears ready! The countdown is on until Disney On Ice twirls its way into Australia and Disney fans of all ages are starting to get very excited. The chilly weather has well and truly arrived here in Adelaide and there’s no better way to enjoy the cold than with ice skates on.

Last weekend we were lucky enough to get a little taste of the Disney magic to come when we hit the ice at Adelaide’s Ice Arena and got to meet Mickey Mouse up close… My girls’ hopes of ever becoming a Disney princess on ice skates may not be very likely to come true (staying upright was a lot harder than they expected!) but they had so much fun!

The real Disney On Ice cast is unbelievably talented and seeing them perform some of their mind-blowing moves was a fabulous treat. Where we were wobbly they were whirling, we were a little shaky and scared but they are simply spectacular… One thing is clear: the audience is in for an amazing experience with Disney On Ice celebrates Mickey and Friends!

If you haven’t booked your tickets just yet there is still time, thanks to the addition of extra shows throughout the country now even more people will be able to enjoy the magic of Disney On Ice. During the checkout process you can take a look at the seating plan of your local venue and select your family’s preferred seats (but of course there is plenty to see all around the rink so the view is great from every angle!). Children under 23 months are free if seated on their parents’ lap and concession tickets are available.
