  1. I am 15 weeks and have been suffering from all day and night morning sickness since 4 weeks along. Being a usually fit and healthy person I have really struggled not being able to keep up my usual runs and workouts. However, I have managed to look after myself and to keep moving during the hours of the day when I am feeling well. It only takes a short walk each day but it makes all the difference. Having said that, I cant wait to start feeling nausea free again so that I can start a pregnancy fitness regime that is safe for me and baby! Erica’s program is exactly what I need.
