Last Winter I told you all about the ultimate night out for musical lovers called Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music, a fun-filled, interactive movie event featuring the blockbuster Sound of Music. The 2013 tour was such a huge hit that Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music is back this year and Art Centre Melbourne is ready to welcome back old fans and invite newbies to join in the fun during two fabulous performances this May.
See what the excitement is all about
I have to warn you, if you are one of those people who prefers to watch a movie in peace and quiet Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music is not for you. Be prepared for lots of laughter, awesome outfits, great look-a-likes and lots and lots of singing. The more you look, act and sound like your favourite Sound of Music character the better! Maria or Captain Von Trapp, Liesl or Mother Abbess, you will no doubt see them all.
Hosted by the always fabulous Chelsea Plumley the public will be taken on an amazing 4-hour long sing-along adventure, you can watch the movie on the big screen, sing the songs, play fun games and you even get to enjoy a real costume parade. Don’t worry, subtitles and props are provided, just bring your best singing voice and your biggest smile and you’re in for an unforgettable night.
