I know a lot of people are hanging out for the first sunny days so they can put on their thongs but not me. I have been painting my toe nails too though, ready to expose my feet to fresh air and warm sun dressed in my Salt Water Sandals. I purchased these stylish sandals at the end of last summer and was so sad when autumn started. They are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly! For this summer I might invest in a second pair of Salt Water Sandals as I spotted some very hip new styles at Whimsy Child.

Salt Water Sandals are ideal for Australian kids and adults who love the outdoors as they are sun, sea and salt resistant. The original Salt Water Sandal features mutliple high quality leather straps and a vulcanised rubber sole. The brand new Salt Water Surfer Sandal has a single adjustable strap across the foot (for the best possible fit for both narrow and wide feet) and a urethane rubber molded sole. Each style is available in a range of colours, from bright and funky to soft and sweet.

The Salt Water Shark Sandal, also new to the range, features a front strap to protect the toes, perfect for boys who love to kick ball. All Salt Water Sandals are available in kids, youth and adult sizes. They are selling like hotcakes so if you have your heart set on a certain colour or size and you can’t find it in store just contact lovely store owner Mel, she will do her very best to get them in for you!

To browse the different colours and styles of Salt Water Sandals ($69) and to order online visit www.whimsychild.com.au. Delivery within Australia is free.

  1. LOVE these, have the purple and pale pink for myself and the purple for my daughter already, and will absolutely be getting more!

  2. Nice to see they have also introduced the shark sandal – I like to get sandals with covered toes for my kids – I just hope they release them in white or pink so I can get them for little miss. Covered toes are a must at daycare, but covered toe sandals give them the benefit of cooler shoes better than sneakers
