It may not have been a very wet winter here in South Australia, but it sure has been a cold one! I am very much hanging out for some nice Spring weather to peek around the corner and warm us up a little. After months of layer upon layer of winter clothing (and truckloads of wet washing on drying racks) I am getting super excited at the sight of these breezy summer looks by Australian designer label Eeni Meeni Miini Moh:

It looks like our little ladies are in for a real treat this Summer season, look at those pretty sorbet, coral and aqua blue shades, combined with timeless grey, white and silver. Skirts, shorts, dresses, singlets, tops… Eeni Meeni Miini Moh has your girl’s whole wardrobe covered.

At nearly two Hattie has been promoted from the Enfant collection and can have her pick from the entire Eeni range which means choosing has become even harder. In saying that I can never resist a good stripe and this Pique Dress looks (RRP $59.95, size 12m-5) perfect for adventurous tots. It’s comfortable enough for running, climbing, dancing and even naps, just add some sweet sandals and she’s Summer ready.

Secretly I dread the day our nearly 9-year old twins grow out of the e3-M range (up to 12 years old) and are forced into young adult fashion, but thankfully I have a few more years up my sleeve. They love being active and playing outside, so I think the Racer Top (RRP $39.95, size 2-12) matched with the comfy Classic 5 Short (RRP $64.95, size 2-12) are a perfect pick. Olivia would love the bright Sunset colour and it’s a great look for both play and going out.

Yellow has been Juliet’s number one colour from when she was a cheeky toddler and it still is her first choice now. As today happens to be her 7th birthday I must show you this sunny Frill Dress (RRP $69.95, size 2-12) in cheery Sunkist yellow. How can you not dream of splashing in the pool, yummy ice creams and lazy Summer nights when you see this cute frock? I just love the casual tie-back shoulders, keeping it fun front and back.

I am super chuffed to see my personal fave colour indigo pop up in the new girls collection too, you can never go wrong with a classy blue! The delightful frill sleeves and stunning keyhole back of this gorgeous ‘La Vie Est Belle’ Dress (RRP $89.95, size 12m-5) make it a real winner for birthdays, special celebrations and even Christmas. It’s definitely going on my short-list for miss Sybbie’s 5th birthday in February.

Tommie absolutely lived in his e3-M slouch shorts last summer (in fact, he loved them so much I had to buy a second pair) so I must grab them again for the upcoming season. They are super easy to wash and wear and stay beautiful even after many washes. I know it’s very convenient to play it safe for the boys with plain, neutral colours, but I really love these funky Maldives mint Slouch Shorts (RRP $54.95, size 2-12) mixed with the classic grey and indigo Polo T-shirt (RRP $49.95, size 2-12), cool combi!

Any day now we’ll finally know the gender of baby no.6, so I will have to leave the big newborn shop until then. Thankfully Eeni Meeni Miini Moh has little surprise bundles covered too with the La Petite + Pure newborn range perfect for baby showers and brand new arrivals. Featuring mainly grey and white tones these pieces are timeless and great for mixing and matching. How cute is the star studded La Petite Jumpsuit (RRP $54.95, size 0-3m) with it’s adorable detachable hood?

Now that our children are back at school I am finally catching up on long overdue jobs in and around the house. Over the school holidays the kids don’t always keep their wardrobes as tidy as I would like, so it was about time I went through their Summer gear, folded everything neatly and put away the clothes that no longer fit. As expected they have grown heaps over Summer and they could all do with a few more pieces to get them through the last of the warm weather…

Thankfully for our tight family budget the Final Summer Sale has just kicked off at our favourite store Eeni Meeni Miini Moh, and who doesn’t love the sound of half price shopping? You better run, as this awesome sale ends February 21, 2017.

Now I know that there are plenty of gorgeous sale styles to choose from, but if I may put forward a personal favourite it would have to be the gorgeous Ties Dress (was $64.95, now $32.48). Our darling Juliet has been wearing this sweet frock all summer and I am still madly in love with it, plus it washes extremely well.

Today’s blog post is almost as big a tradition as our Christmas Countdown, it’s the Boxing Day sale all the hip mamas are waiting for: the famous Eeni Meeni Miini Moh End of Season Sale kicks off today!

Loyal Eeni Meeni Miini Moh fans know all too well that you have to run to grab your faves, so while everyone is sleeping in or tidying up you better go and fill that shopping basket. Between the Enfant (size 000-18 months), Eeni Meeni Miini Moh (1-5 years) and e3-M (2-12 years) collections the current sale has all stylish kids covered, so now is the time to stock up for next season at fabulous prices. Here are our top sale picks:

For older girls I can highly recommend the gorgeous Trapeze Dress (RRP $89.95, now $59.95), this lovely light summer dress is one of my daughter’s (8 years old) favourites this year. I love that you can adjust the shoulder straps to create the perfect fit, this also allows you to wear it for longer. Her twin brother thinks the Stripe Polo T-Shirt (RRP $49.95, now $34.95) is super comfy ands sneakily I am chuffed to get away with twins in matching colours.

With the season of parties and celebrations now in full swing girls are sure to get lots of wear out of this pretty Tulle Dress (RRP $89.95, now $59.95), it’s such a festive design and it’s available in three different colour ways. I know my girls would feel like a real princess wearing this! Boys can enjoy an active and playful summer without giving up on style in Eeni’s Signature T-Shirt (RRP $44.95, now $29.95) with a funky Kale Gives Me Super Powers Print in neon orange.

There are plenty of great bargains for the littlest ones of the family, but I can personally guarantee you that the La Princesse Bodysuit (RRP $59.95, now $39.95) will get you loads of compliments. Every time our miss Hattie wears it people ask me where to get it from and if I can say so myself it does look super cute on her, at the current sale price is it sure to fly out the door.

You can pick up your favourite sale items at the Eeni Meeni Miini Moh store in Bowen Hills (Brisbane) or shop from the comfort of your couch in the Eeni Meeni Miini Moh + e3-M Online Store.

Get Spring ready with Eeni Meeni Miini Moh

Ahhh, finally a welcome breeze of bright colours to get us excited about the warmer season! Australian fashion label Eeni Meeni Miini Moh has just released its brand new Spring/Summer collection and it’s full of gorgeous and groovy styles for all the cool kids on the block. As we’re hoping to catch the last bit of Summer sun in Europe in a few weeks I just had to take a little peek and pick out some favourites for my tribe (after all we do want to impress those Dutchies with some real Aussie style!):

Eeni e3-M girls

These days my big girl is becoming quite the fashionista, she loves having a say in what outfits I buy her but thankfully we have similar taste so there aren’t too many dramas (yet). As soon as I spotted this lovely set with its pretty light green Mini Skirt I knew Olivia would love it. Considering Paris is part of our holiday itinerary the Racer Top with Eiffel Tower Print is a perfect match.

For Juliet my vote goes to this simple but super cute Ties Dress in a juicy peach shade with contrasting blue ties and trim. It’s such a great style for lazy summer days where you just want to pop on an easy dress and head out; to the park, the beach, the shops or a BBQ, you can wear this dress anywhere. Juliet is a very active and adventurous girl so this mix between pretty and practical is a winning combo.

Eeni Boys

Just like his twin sister Tommie is quickly developing his own sense of style, so far so good but for now I may just hide the tub of hair gel… We have several e3-M polo shirts from previous seasons that he loves to wear so I’d say the Tide + Indigo Stripe Polo is a safe bet. Polo shirts are a great way to dress up a pair of jeans, some cargos or cool summer shorts like the Rib Waist Short in matching indigo.

Sadly our boy is too big for the super cool ‘Kale gives me super powers’ Tee, but I love it so much I had to show you anyway. I find the Eeni Meeni Miini Moh Boys Cargo Shorts wash and wear extremely well and the large side pockets are excellent storage for rocks, marbles and other treasures kids find throughout the day. How refreshing is that peppermint colour? So funky!

Eeni Meeni girls

In our eyes Sybbie is still a little girl, but next school term she will be starting pre-entry at kindy. We’re both more nervous than excited at the moment so first we’ll enjoy a wonderful family holiday together and we’ll fight our battles after. These adorable striped Frill Shorts would look just gorgeous on her and are one of my Eeni favourites for this season (Do they come in my size too?).

Last but not least baby Hattie, who soon won’t be a baby anymore. At almost 11 months old she is the real princess of the house, she has us all wrapped around her tiny fingers and is adored by everyone. This La Princesse Bodysuit with girly ruffles is a match made in heaven for our little royalty and a real first birthday outfit contender!

As the birth of our new baby boy or girl is coming closer I am starting to think about the delivery and all the things I still need to organise. My pretty Designer Mamas birthing gown (so much nicer than those faded hospital gowns!) is washed and ready and I’ve booked in a last appointment at the hairdresser, all that’s left is to freshen up my toenails with a touch of colour while I can still reach and see them!

Orly Colour Palette

Classic or modern, light or dark, matte, shiny or sparkly, plain and simple or bold and bright… with over 150 different shades to choose from the Orly nail lacquer palette contains a perfect colour for every woman.

Orly Haute RedPersonally I love wearing sandals as soon as the weather allows so during the spring and summer months my toe nails are permanently painted, usually with a pop of vibrant red. Obviously it won’t make the birth any easier but at least I know my toes will be all smooth and shiny in the Orly best-seller Haute Red (RRP $18.95, 18ml), hopefully the doctor and midwives delivering our baby will love it too.

Orly NailtritionAfter a long winter of covering those piggies up with socks and boots my nails will need a bit of extra attention before I can splash on the paint. Containing collagen, wheat protein, keratin and bamboo extract Orly Nailtrition (RRP $19.95, 18ml) is specifically created to help strengthen peeling nails and stimulate healthier, faster growth over the course of 14 days. With my big baby bump in the way applying 1-2 coats a day will be quite the exercise so I may have to ask hubby for help, but at least those nails will be good to go in time for the spring season.

Eeni Meeni Miini Moh – Spring/Summer 2015

As we’re sitting inside, snuggling up in front of the wood heater like we’ve been doing for the past few months, I am admiring all the gorgeous summer wear that’s currently making its way into Australian stores. I may not be able to change the weather but I can pick my favourites and prepare for when spring does (finally!) arrive! I can’t wait to dress my tribe in all these beautiful styles from the new Eeni Meeni Miini Moh Spring/Summer collection:

Eeni Meeni Enfant

It must be the anticipation of our new addition arriving in October that made me check out the baby section first, if only we knew the gender… I won’t be able to make my final baby-picks until he/she has entered the world but surely I can have a little sneak peek. Right now I am leaning towards this sweet frilly Enfant Playsuit (RRP $44.95, size 0-18 months) in Ballet/Carrot if baby is a girl and the ‘La Voiture’ T-shirt (RRP $29.95, size 0-18 months) if we have a boy.

Eeni Meeni Juliet

Today our lovely Juliet turns 5, she’s such a bright, happy girl and her favourite colour is (still) yellow. She lights up the room wherever she goes with her big smile and sunny attitude, she is so very special to us. I know this striped Love Cap Sleeve Tee (RRP $44.95, size 2-12) would suit her really well, especially teamed up with the pale grey Box Pleat Shorts (RRP $69.95, size 2-12) with matching yellow ribbon tie.

Eeni Meeni Olivia

For Olivia, our girliest girl, it’s dresses all the way during the summer months which I love, not only because they look so pretty on her but also because it saves me lots of washing. This eye-catching Elastic Dress (RRP $84.95, size 2-8) has the funkiest (adjustable!) brace-style shoulder straps and the ultramarine blue is just stunning. With a bit of summer tan and pair of nice sandals this would be such a great outfit for summer.

Eeni Meeni Sybil

Bright colours look fabulous on miss Sybbie so I think this season’s fuchsia shade will be a perfect choice for her, I might go with the Lemonades + Cookies Tee (RRP $44.95, size 6m-5) with matching skeggings? She already owns a few pairs of skeggings (handed down by her older sisters, you’ve got to appreciate quality clothes!) and I love how easy they are to put on and take off. Especially with toilet training ahead of us they will be a real sanity saver and of course they look very cute.

Eeni Meeni Tommie

Last but not least our one and only boy (for now), I can’t believe he is getting so big already. Tommie is such a caring, gentle person and very hardworking, most days you’ll find him with his nose in a pile of books. He loves wearing something orange and telling people about his Dutch heritage so he will have no trouble selecting some cool pieces from the current e3-M range. My personal favourite is the finely Striped cargo Short (RRP $64.95, size 2-12), fun, playful and easy to wash and wear.
