KIDS BONDI LOGO - CMYK - RED BOX WHITE TEXT

While I had a wonderful time with my family in The Netherlands, and the surprised look on my parents’ face was worth a million dollars, nothing compared to coming home to my beautiful family again. I missed them so much and it was lovely to still have a few free days to spend together before the start of term 2. On Sunday we explored ‘our’ backyard, a perfect opportunity to take some snaps of their new Cotton On Kids Winter gear and to capture how much they have grown.

All Kids Cotton On Kids

Even though Tommie and Olivia are the same age he is clearly the leader of the pack, the tallest in size and generally the one telling everyone else what to do. Sometimes finding a good pair of jeans for him can be really tricky so I am very pleased with the Stan Cuff Jean in Indigo Rise (RRP $39.95, size 1-8), they are an excellent fit and have a handy adjustable waist. The elasticised ankle cuffs look really cool and it stops the hems dragging trough puddles, mud and wet grass, very practical during this messy season.

Version 2

The jeans are teamed up with the fresh and fruity Marcus Bear Pullover Hoodie in Vitamin Orange (RRP $24.95, size 1-8), perfect for brightening up a dark and dreary day. These great hoodies are available in range of colours and prints and you can pocket a welcome saving if you buy two at a time ($35 per two), I may have to grab some more to get us through the cooler months.

Juliet Cotton On Kids

Somehow miss Juliet’s gorgeous curls make everything look heavenly, even this fluffy blue Sarah Jumper (RRP $34.95, size 1-8) looks angelic combined with her golden locks. A Sunday afternoon walk in the woods is probably not your logical occasion to wear a silver tutu but when you’re 4 you can get away with this eye catching look, and how can you say no to a sweet smile like that anyway? Teamed up with the Huggie Tights in Light Grey Marle/White Geo (RRP $12.95, size 1-8).

Juliet Tutu Cotton On Kids

As a mother of three girls glitter is part of our every day life. Tiaras, star wands, tutus and sparkly jewellery, the more glitter the better and preferably everything at once. This little darling may not have the slim body shape of a real ballerina but there is certainly no lack of passion. The Mimi Cardi (RRP $34.95, size 1-8) is officially her sister’s but she claims it’s the perfect silver match for the Lydia Tulle Skirt (RRP $22.95, size 1-8). Add to that the Kids Primo in Dusk Sparkle (RRP $10, size 1-13), which in our home doubles as the child-friendly glass slipper, and Cinderella is ready for the ball.

Sybil Cotton On Kids

At 2 years old our miss Sybbie is a real girl now, she is no longer a baby. How adorable is this belted Joey Long Jumpsuit (RRP $39.95, size 1-8) with golden spots? I wish it came in my size too! The denim is so versatile, I went for a white tee this time but you can easily combine it with different colour tops and shoes. Unlike many other jumpsuits it has a zip closure, making quick toilet breaks a lot easier for active kids.

Olivia Cotton On Kids

Our beautiful 6-year old Olivia is sporting the Wednesday Dress (RRP $22.95, size 1-8), we think it looks great on Sundays too. The neutral charcoal colour is easy to mix and match and the glitter stars are very sweet and not too blingy, a perfect compromise for mum and daughter. She wears the dress with a comfortable pair of Huggie Tights in Light Grey Marle (RRP $12.95, size 1-10), these leggings are so handy to have in your wardrobe and go with lots of different outfits. Olivia always feels the cold so she is pretty chuffed with this cute Pom Pom Beanie (RRP $14.95).

All Four Cotton On Kids

By the way, a fantastic collection of kids coats, jackets and puffer vests for both boys and girls has just arrived in all Cotton On Kids stores. Prices range from $36.95 to $54.95, providing parents with trendy but affordable options to suit your family budget. The cool and cosy Zac Duffle Coat (RRP $54.95, size 1-8) is proving to be one of the top sellers this season so if your boy would think this awesome coat is totally rad you better be quick and grab your size before they sell out.

Revitanail has got all you need to get those nails looking strong, healthy and glossy and the best part is, you can pick up these great Mother’s Day gift ideas at your local supermarket:

Revitanail Base CoatWhen it comes to adding a pop of colour to your newly manicured nails you may be tempted to get out the nail polish straight away, however the key to making that colour last long and beautifully is to start with a preparation layer. Revitanail Base Coat (RRP $14.95) not only helps secure your nail polish and prevents peeling and chipping, it also stops your nails discolouring in reaction to your nail polish. Enriched with Avocado Oil and Vitamin E it’s a lovely little treat for your nails.

Revitanail Triple Strength range

Expect superior gloss and perfect coverage with Revitanail Triple Strength (RRP $14.95). This easy-to-apply nail polish is the ultimate power supply for nails thanks to the strengthening properties of Keratin, Bamboo and Calcium. With five on-trend colours to choose from there is a Triple Strength Nail Polish to suit everyone: Marshmallow, Cashmere, Pomegranate, Black Plum and Graphite.

Revitanail Top CoatOnce you are happy with your colour, seal in the goodness with a simple layer of Revitanail Top Coat (RRP $14.95). This transparent, quick dry coat adds a beautiful high gloss and is the perfect bodyguard for your new nail colour. It protects against fading, yellowing and changing of colour so you can enjoy your beautiful nails for longer. Prevention is better than cure, after all most mums don’t have the time to re-do their colour every few days.

Revitanail Nourishing OilLast but not least, don’t let dry and flaky cuticles take away from your smashing new nail colour. It’s as easy as massaging in some Revitanail Nourishing Oil (RRP $14.95) around each cuticle and nail bed and watch the nourishing oils (sweet almond, apricot and tea tree oil), herbal extracts and multivitamins work their magic. Even if you are not using nail polish you can still use this luxurious oil to keep your hands healthy and hydrated.

66 NorthIf your kids are anything like mine they go from hot one moment to cold the next which is why both styles feature an easy zip closure so kids can put them on and take them off in a flash. You can choose from size 92 (2 years), size 104 (4 years) and size 116 (6 years).

Although I am (obviously) hoping we will be enjoying nothing but good weather while we are in Europe next month I am well aware that European summers can be windy and wet too. On those days we will need a nice coat for sure, I looked everywhere and managed to find one for all of us except for my oldest daughter. Luckily this week I discovered a gorgeous coat at Skip to my Lou and there happens to be a fantastic sale on so I was right on time.

Until June 20, 2012, you can save 20% off storewide at Skip to my Lou by entering the code ‘SALE’ at checkout. This offer even includes already reduced items which means you can save up to 60% on loads of great items for babies, boys and girls.

You have to admit that this is one adorable little girls jacket. This beautiful design by Nellystella is absolutely perfect, the neutral colour will make it fit in with any outfit (you have to be practical when it comes to coats). The nice high collar will keep the wind out and there are plenty of pockets for my little lady to store her treasures in. I can’t wait for it to arrive and see it on! The Nellystella Lea Jacket is already on sale but you can get an additional 20% off with the code ‘SALE’, what a great bonus.

Eco conscious mums will love the extra savings on the Nosh Organics range, a selection of colourful, fun and high quality pieces for babies, boys and girls made with organic cotton.
