As you probably know by now our gorgeous little Sybil is proving to be quite the challenge in the sleep department. At almost 8 months old she is still waking up many times over night and most nights we are lucky to get 5 hours of broken sleep. In the early days she already refused to sleep in her cot, often falling asleep in her bouncer oblivious to the noise of her siblings and other loud sounds around her.
While I would have preferred her to sleep in her own bed I came to accept that this was the only way she’d get some sleep and I could spend some much needed time with the other children (and on a rare occasion get something done in the house), but I was a bit worried about her sleeping sitting up that much. Good news: there is a solution for little rocker nappers like our cheeky lady, check out the 3-in-1 Rocker Napper from Tiny Love.
The 3-in-1 Rocker Napper is a multi functional (and very stylish) piece of baby furniture that can be used for feeding, playing and sleeping. The reclining seat has three different settings, ranging from laying flat to sitting up so babies can sit/rest in a position that suits them best (particularly useful when your baby suffers from reflux!). If your baby falls asleep while sitting up you can simply lay the seat flat in one simple action, creating a comfortable, safe and cosy little bassinet-like bed.
Of course the 3-in-1 Rocker Napper is fitted with plenty of other great features to help make your life with a newborn easier, starting with the soothing rocking motion. The rounded frame allows for gentle movement in all three reclining positions or you can ‘lock’ the frame to keep it still. Your little bundle will love listening to the different tunes and looking at/playing with the dangling toys and lights on the adjustable arm.
Whether you prefer striking red, cool blue or neutral brown, there is a Tiny Love 3-in-1 Rocker Napper ($159.95) to suit your taste and decor. Unlike most other rockers on the markets this hip design has a very generous weight limit of 18kg so it will last you much longer than other alternatives. We only discovered the Rocker Napper when Sybil was 4 months old but we have used it a lot since and judging by this happy face we’ll be enjoying it for a long time to come. It’s such an easy seat to take from room to room and it’s very sturdy even for a wrigglepot like her.
